How long is a session?

Appointments are an hour long.  Your time is blocked for 75 minutes to accomodate for change-over of clients.

What is involved in a Gait and Posture Analysis?

For Gait Analysis I will ask you to walk up and down a hallway at a comfortable speed.  I’m not looking for a runway walk; I’m watching to see how your body carries itself.  If you consider that a flat picture is worth a thousand words, a walk is a lifelong story.

Posture Analysis involves you stepping in place (to relax your posture) and then stopping to hold for about 20 seconds.  I’ll have you turn a few times so that I can see your posture from multiple angles.

What should I wear/bring to my appointment?

Exercise clothes are appropriate, or clothes you can comfortably move in.  Please no skirts or dresses.  You will be moving during your appointment, but you will not likely break a sweat.

What do LMT and CNMT represent?

Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Neuromuscular Therapist

Is there a dog at the office?

Frequently my dog Cocoa or Raquel’s dog Teddy are present. Both are tame dogs who are trusted around guests.
